Access and Read-Only Plan

A. When your Inventory Manager account is closed, your reports will remain stored for 30 days, allowing you to download any final documents. If you’d like ongoing access beyond this period.

You can switch to a read-only plan, which keeps all your historical reports available, whenever you need them. (monthly charge is based on the number of reports and photos)

Data Retention

When your Inventory Manager account is closed, we securely archive your data, so nothing is lost. If you ever need to access your old reports again, no problem — we can retrieve them for you. A small administrative fee of £50 + VAT applies to reactivate and deliver archived data.
